MODERNIZATION OF PRODUCTION LINE
A new level of efficiency
As part of this project, Actemium Poland has undertaken a series of key actions. One of them was carrying out activities related to the transfer of production equipment, particularly CNC machines. Connecting these devices to the power grid and media installations not only contributed to improving their performance but also increased the overall efficiency of the machining process.
Additionally, our team worked on commissioning these devices, requiring coordination of various external service groups associated with equipment manufacturers. As part of this project, detailed operation and programming instructions were also prepared for the new CNC machines, helping minimize the time needed to train personnel.
Renewal of production line
Actemium Poland conducted comprehensive inspections of machines belonging to the client’s reorganized production line. As a result of these inspections, worn-out components were replaced or regenerated, and technical media installations were sealed, enhancing the stability of the production process.
As part of the modernization efforts, the Actemium Poland team improved the electrical power supply system, replaced equipment in installations for technical gases and water, and adapted ventilation devices to the new production line. All these actions aimed to increase production efficiency and quality.
Direction for the future
One of the most important aspects of the project was innovation. Actemium Poland introduced new inspection and maintenance procedures, utilizing advanced technologies such as Augmented Reality (AR) glasses. As a result, service operations become more efficient, and the time required for inspections and repairs is minimized.
Furthermore, with environmental considerations in mind, a new installation related to the disposal of fluids used in processing was implemented as part of the project. This action significantly reduced the negative impact of production on the environment. New procedures for industrial waste disposal were also developed, contributing to a more sustainable production model.
The Actemium Poland project for this leading player in the metal industry is an excellent example of how a modern approach to technology, ecology, and efficiency can change the face of the metal industry. This collaboration has enabled the client to achieve new levels of performance and sustainable development, which are key goals of Actemium Poland in today’s industrial world.
