Modernizations
Actemium Poland updated older SCADA applications, which are crucial for monitoring and controlling automation devices. The modernization of the hardware infrastructure used by the SCADA system significantly improved the efficiency of monitoring and controlling the production process.
Innovations
A professional vision system was installed in the project, allowing real-time monitoring of the production line’s operation. Utilizing Internet of Things (IoT) technology, some devices related to monitoring production status were integrated with the ERP system. This provided the client with full visibility and control over the cosmetics production process.
Environmental concerns
In concern for environmental protection, Actemium Poland installed a new system of containers for production waste. This modern system meets the highest environmental standards, helping the client minimize the impact of their production on the planet.
