Solutions for the chemical industry
We initiated the project with a thorough analysis of the client’s needs, enabling us to propose suitable solutions tailored to their requirements. At the client’s request, we carried out design work involving the supply and installation of electrical distribution boards. When selecting the appropriate types and models of distribution boards, we considered the regulations and standards applicable in the given location, as well as cost optimization.
Supply and installation
We provided the supply and installation of cable trays, selecting and purchasing suitable cables, which were professionally laid and arranged in the trays. Subsequently, after routing the cables to the control cabinets, we connected them according to the technical documentation. Additionally, by providing a full range of accessories, sensors, and measuring devices, we ensured comprehensive fulfillment of the client’s needs.
Installation and testing
We implemented an industrial pipe heating system, conducting leak tests crucial for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the system. The tests were carried out in accordance with applicable quality standards, and we also tested the operation of individual components, such as valves or thermostats, to ensure they met the client’s expectations. All these actions aimed to ensure the efficiency and reliability of the heating system before its commissioning.
Construction services
Collaborating with the client from the outset allowed us to better understand their needs and expectations. Before commencing construction work, we discussed in detail the necessary services, expectations regarding installations, and technical specifications to be met. As part of these works, we carried out tasks such as connecting lighting fixtures, installing access control systems, and fire alarm signaling. The entire process, from cable installation to component connection, was carried out in accordance with applicable regulations and standards, ensuring the highest quality and full compliance with the client’s expectations.
As-built documentation
Upon completion of the project, we prepared comprehensive technical documentation, including electrical diagrams, drawings, and test and commissioning protocols. This provided the client with the assurance that the solutions implemented by us are not only safe but also meet all requirements imposed by applicable standards and regulations.
