Completed tasks
The contract executed for this client focused on relocating production equipment between facilities, followed by installing these devices in the new location and commissioning them. These tasks required adapting the infrastructure of existing production halls, including power supply, lighting, air conditioning, and technical gas installations. Special attention was required to integrate these devices into automated production lines and synchronize their operation with the rest of the line.
Additionally, Actemium teams coordinated equipment manufacturer services, ensuring proper and timely completion of tasks. All work was carried out in accordance with the highest sanitary requirements applicable in the pharmaceutical industry to ensure safety and production quality.
Innovations
The innovations introduced by Actemium in this project aimed to increase production efficiency and minimize environmental impact. During electrical work, a range of automation control devices and equipment was replaced with newer counterparts, providing better performance parameters and reducing the negative impact of production on the natural environment. Furthermore, leakage sensors in chemical installations were replaced with devices of greater sensitivity and reliability, contributing to the improvement of production process quality and safety.
