Actemium PL Industrial Services’ clients come from various sectors, including aviation, automotive industry, plastics manufacturing, construction and engineering, industrial automation and electronics suppliers, production-related companies, as well as service providers for the industry, energy companies, and food industry companies. Between 2015 and 2019, we completed over 1500 projects related to machine relocation and installation in various countries across Europe, Morocco, and China.

Client: Pratt & Whitney Rzeszów

Scope:

  • Over 120 relocations and installations annually within the Rzeszów facility, mainly machining centers.

Client: Faurecia

Projects:

  • Relocation of 3 presses weighing 60 tons each from Pamplona (Spain) to Grójec.
  • Reorganization of the seating area, including the relocation of 14 multi-robot welding cells during the winter shutdown.
  • Press relocations from the Lindau plant (Austria) to Legnica.
  • Relocation of 4 robotized welding cells from Torsas (Sweden) to Pisek (Czech Republic).
  • Relocation of machining robotic cells from the Nordborg plant (Denmark) to Hopkinsville (Kentucky, USA).
  • Relocation of multi-machine machining lines at the Nordborg plant.
  • Relocation of over 40 machining machines, furnaces, and assembly lines from the Nordborg plant to Wrocław.

Scope:

  • Over 100 orders, mainly robotized welding cells, presses up to 80 tons, assembly lines between plants in Poland, Germany, France, Austria, and Spain.

Scope:

  • Approximately 40 machine relocations mainly between plants in Poland and Denmark, including many oversize transports.

Client: Henniges Automotive

Projects:

  • 14 orders for press relocations.

Scope:

  • Relocation of over 30 presses weighing up to 30 tons at the Rehburg plant (Germany).
  • Press relocations from the Rehburg plant to the newly established plant in Prudnik.

Client: Nexteer Automotive

Scope:

  • Over 120 orders for internal relocations of machining machines and assembly lines within the plant, and execution of power supplies for installed machines.
Collaboration since 2010.

Client: Mondelez

Projects:

  • Several line relocations for the production of chocolate, gums, wafers in plants in Poland and Europe.

Scope:

  • Relocation of packaging lines from Strasbourg (France) to Bratislava (Slovakia).
  • Relocation of chocolate production lines from Halle (Belgium) to Jankowice (Poland).
  • Modernization and installation of a complete gum packaging line at the Skarbimierz plant.

Projects:

  • 14 completed orders for transfers, mainly welding lines.

Scope:

  • Relocation and commissioning of an 18-robot welding line from Wurselen (Germany) to Dąbrowa Górnicza.
  • Relocation and commissioning of a robotic welding line from Wurselen (Germany) to Horovic (Czech Republic).

Projects:

  • 3 plants in Poland, over 40 orders for relocations, mainly injection molding machines and robotic welding cells.

Scope:

  • Transfer of F312 and B420 lines to Naples (2 locations) from the Gliwice plant.
  • Relocation of a 160-ton injection molding machine at the Gliwice plant.

Projects:

  • 16 completed orders for relocations, mainly injection molding machines at plants in Tychy and across Europe.

Scope:

  • Relocation of Hypet injection molding machines from Chmielnicki (Ukraine) to plants in Ireland, UK, and Romania.
  • Relocation of a Husky injection molding machine from a plant in Italy to Tychy.
